As per the Rules toxicity is stated against the rules, "be kind to all players and staff, any form of toxicity is muteable." I am just going to go over what is considered "toxicity" and what is not. Keep in mind it is up to the moderator/admin's discretion when to and when not to mute a player for what they say, there are not set phrases that are and are't muteable. Basically any type of insult directed at a player. typically keywords such as swear words need to be used to mute for toxicity, or just any form of extreme insults. (e.g. f**k you") However we generally do not mute for minor insults. "moron" "idiot" as those are basically commonplace and a lot of people don't really mean harm as those words don't hold much meaning anymore. As for certain words like "retard" that one is on the line. Generally that is an offensive word to describe a person who is disabled, however nowadays most people just use it as a general insult. "moron" use to be a word that described a disabled person, but today it is just an average insult to anyone. Meaning we generally will not mute someone just for saying or calling someone a "retard". However there are exceptions to the rule, if they go far enough, and insult them more, or if they use the word to try to make fun of and/or insult people with disabilities then yes we will mute for that. Ultimately toxicity is mainly up to the staff member and what they decide is muteable depending on the context of the report. Even if you are not sure if what something someone has said is against the rules please report them anyway, it can never hurt just to be sure!
