I'm not 100% sure, but I think sethome is the only way. I don't play survival too much tho so I'm not positive this is correct!

Don't do that. I believe there's a command that tells you the coords of your claims, try doing /claims or /claims list. It's the only way. If it's too far, try doing /rtp until you get closer to your claim, then walk to it. And remember to /sethome when you get there.
