More time but also more players which means more appeals. I mean I’m sure they try to get to appeals but there’s tons of over things they have to do. I think the amount of time is pretty fair to get a response to an appeal considering the number of players compared to the number of staff.
1. Like everyone else said, their life is more than just this game.
2. There are hundreds of appeals, player reports, bug reports, suggestions, etc. that they have to look at and deal with.
3. Just be patient, many people get banned, sure it's annoying to wait for your appeal to be responded to, just hand in there and let the appeal system do it's thing.
This does not mean appeals should take weeks to get responded to. Especially if the punishment is unjustified and false. Stop sucking up to staff.

You may want to apply for staff here to fix the situation then, or try applying to a network with similar number of players and daily appeals.
I was literally blacklisted for 40 days bud, it's not me sucking up to staff, it's me not being impatient and ignorant to the fact that people have other things to do. Take in: every staff member has to deal with discord dms, server issues, forum problems, etc. and yet people still complain they don't do enough. Just stay strong and be patient, thanks <3

Trainees and mods can’t do shit about falseblacklists, so that won’t fix the problem, we need more admins, senior admins and more mods aswell.
That's why there were two more admins and some mods promoted to senior mods and more mods as well...
That’s not enough, appeals take weeks upon weeks
they can't just mass promote senior mods to admins and mods to senior mods
