Stop turning useful threads into off topic threads

Recently I've been seeing really useful threads that took time and thought ruined by annoying people commenting random stuff and starting conversations not even related to what the thread is about. It is very annoying to the active helpful player base that actually wants to help the server out by commenting good ideas or giving suggestions. For example if there is a thread in a gamemode specified forum that is called "can anyone help me get started on farms?" don't comment stuff not related to the thread like "anyone bored? I want a cookeie" and have OFF TOPIC CONVERSATIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE ON A USEFULL THREAD. Seeing these off topic comments and conversations for people who want to help deter them from commenting or helping.

(if anyone knows specific people who do this please tell them to stop or @ them here so they read this.)
