I cannot really say anything that has not already been said. Clearly by now you have made aware by everyone around you that what you did was wrong, and that you might want to move on from this community.
However, please take this as a life lesson. I’m assuming you’re on the younger side of things so I’ll keep this brief. While your age is no excuse for what you have done, consider this a life lesson in empathy, and honesty.
You had people who were genuine with their support for you, and in this place that was pretty special. When you lie about such things it breaks the trust a community has in each other that’s hard to build back up.
You also likely hurt people who have seen firsthand what this disease can do to friends, family members, or even potentially themselves. Spreading lies to gain popularity is never something you should be doing.
I hope you learn from this and move on gaining some experience as a better person. But think about this for a long, long time. Be better.

This is honestly extremely disappointing and it makes me sick. I know what it feels like to be told by doctors that you won’t survive, and you have hurt me on a personal level. I supported you, prayed for you, and wanted you to make it through. This isn’t something to joke about, and it’s completely unacceptable. I forgive you, but I want nothing to do with you anymore. Hopefully you have learned from your mistakes.

What you did is going to make it hard for anyone else that ends up getting a disease. Now everyone is going to think that anybody who says that they have cancer, or any other illness, is lying. If there is someone that ends up actually getting cancer - and posting about it on the forums - they're probably going to get a lot of hate simply because you showed that people can't be trustworthy.
