'someone well known in the community' nah mate he was a no one before he started faking about his leukemia. He did it for the clout/fame because he was legit a nobody before.
Imagine faking a illness for fame, just to get exposed and lose everyone's trust and fame while also being blacklisted and forum banned...
We need to give the staff a break here. It would've been very immoral and rude for them to assume someone was faking cancer. The majority of the community believed him as it seemed very immoral to the majority of the community at that time that he was faking. Please don't hate on the staff for this. Tinynerd is just demented. he had a chance to apologize, he could've done it right after, instead he tried to force people to help him and milk the situation..

I just wanna say one thing, some people showed a lot of proof of tinynerd lying before he got exposed, these people got shitted on hard. Tbh im not surprised with this at all, people showed medical proof that a lot of what tinynerd was saying is false. I do think it was a bit insensitive of the people tryna expose tinynerd if he was telling the truth. But the thing is you dont needa be a doctor to see he was lying lmao. A simple google search is all it would take to see that tinynerd was lying. A majority of you guys who shitted on the ppl who showed proof of tinynerd's lies should prob keep an open mind. Instead of reading the proof u guys completely ignored it and shitted on them. Just saying.

Whilst I do appreciate your sentiment, and while I do agree with your statement, staff had the majority rule with the power of locking and deleting threads, whilst it may be true we should've been more careful, it'd look very bad for us players to see the staff of our community if they just said "He's faking." and then lock the thread. This would've resulted in defamation of character and dozens of threads about how staff are immoral, etc. This was the best way staff could handle it. Unfortunately, he did end up to be lying....
I completely agree with staff locking the threads, I just think people shouldve kept more of an open mind.
This is true, we should've kept more of an open mind, but like I previously said, the people who did and tried to "expose" tinynerd got muted and banned, because if staff would've assumed he was faking then it'll ruin the reputation of the staff members and dozens of people will create threads like "He gave away his accounts, etc. and staff said he was faking. They have no proof" and thus, most likely due to the domino effect of staff all saying it was real, we all thought it was real. This was the best way to handle the situation if you look at it from their perspective.
