idk why you're so sure /tebexprotection doesn't work, I have it on disallowed and so far no one has been able to make any purchase on my account.
Are you a kitpvp player it seems to mostly happen to kit players due to the toxicity there and if you kill someone over and over and they’re bad sometimes they get mad and chargeback, which is my case.
To chargeback you need to purchase something first, and people tried to buy me a rank or tag multiple times. You can actually try yourself, if you go on the store and enter my IGN it'll give you a warning saying that your identity was not verified. It actually does it for me too, which it shouldn't do considering I am myself on my same IP.
No one probably bought u anything cos ur a rand and you’re not really hated by people in the community because they don’t know who you are. I had a friend who had buy craft protection on and someone somehow bought him mvp rank while he was overlord and cbed and got him blacklisted.
I have been offered a rank or tag multiple times, and that is a fact. No one can purchase anything using my name, you can check right now, and that's a fact too. Your friend probably got confused by the buycraft protection menu and set it to allowed.
Not really it’s not hard to turn it on lmao he had it on because he knows a lot of people hate him. Lol people can code summer crate keys into the server u think they won’t be able to bypass that protection lmao.

if people could really code crate keys into the server then that's a critical security issue and it'd likely also allow to purchase everything from the store as well as possibly much more major consequences, and the security flaw would have become evident when he got chargebacked, thus making this scenario highly improbable. Also there isn't a "chargeback" button in the store, you have to chargeback in PayPal, so it'd be impossible to chargeback unless you actually paid the amount via the store.
I don't think you know how chargebacking works...
