What do you type with?

I have been playing Minecraft for a good 7 or 8 years. I think I started before you could just press T to start a message. So, I was wondering, how do you start typing your message?

When i first started I would always hit "/" then backspace and type out my message. Now it's just "t"

I swapped em so "T" is for commands and "/" is for chatting

you type t to open your chat and then you automatically type / most of the time

I type with T. On Linux it was a pain tho, because it often added a "t" at the beginning of the text area, so for commands I started using /, but I stopped with Windows.

It’s my right shift button. I use T to drop items LOL I couldn’t have it any other way
