So we all know about Neon removing sharp 5's, Dupes, and other things. I wanted to talk about why this is a terrible decision.

So you removed duplications which no lie it was a very good idea. But doing this isn't the best choice. You guys had the simple option to RESET kitpvp and fix the dupes while your at it. However your option was still good, I thought you would've patched dupes then reset the server but guess not.

You guys then removed sharp 5's... That's probably the most DUMMEST idea I could think you do. Sure I mean you guys wanna remove more dupes, but seriously sharp 5's have been technically from the start. You guys could have reset the server like I said. I'm going to probably say it like a dozen times in this thread because you need to know that.

Now we have the new manager Harry. Gotta admit he is a bit chill but in reality imo. He doesn't do a lot. Most of us expected that he would be much more active than the other managers. Zelkam is probably the most active manager. Mega doesn't do a lot imo. I expected Harry to do a lot of appeals pretty quickly because a lot of people talk about only the management team could work with escalated appeals. Well Appeals are still as slow as ever. I know you guys do talk a lot about trying out new things to speed up the process. But sometimes it can be very frustrating and stressful to not know what your appeal response could be after a whole month. You could like wait for a entire month just to get a simple response with denied.

Not saying Harry is a terrible staff but, pretty sure you need some experience with the server in order to be on the staff team. Irdk but please explain more about that.

Anyways you guys also have probably been suggested this a ton. PROMOTE MORE STAFF! Probably the most active staff under senior mod I know are kvids, zack, didgo, and Hyperflames. While this is going around don't know how your promote system works but you guys need to do it soon otherwise people could get even more mad about this.

IMO:
promote Kvids, zackyyy, and hyper to senior mod. Hire 5 more new trainees and expect 3 to make it to mod rank. Start to demote the inactive mods. I say don’t promote Didgo just yet as he pretty much just got mod rank.

Harry has not done more than zelk. Zelk has been doing blacklist appeals, ban appeals, or sorts of types of appeals and help he overall is more active than harry tbh.

It depends on what your really saying here. Zelk has done a ton of appeals in the past but now is pretty inactive and I'd say Harry is doing pretty well on his own. So I guess you do have a point here but it really depends on what your talking about

look man I just dont think there are enough bl appeals for them not to be answered in months. a bl appeal should be answered in a week or 2 tbh.

forgot bruva with the promotion to senior mod, agree with the trainee part. cut out evisy and velo from the team. Then make new admin types such as Platform Admin , Senior Admin , etc.. The new admin promotions should be kvids and zackyyy. Kobuto will be the platform admin and hamodi and luke senior admin. thoughts?????????

the rest just dont do anything at all

Could work. However I think only one type of second admin rank, either senior admin or platform admin. I think that Kvids and Zackyyy should be the new admin, hyper should be a normal admin, and 1 other mod should be promoted to senior mod

didgo should be promoted but in a couple of weeks. demote lumboc veeti della. Then were going to need a lot more trainees because the only mods would be xelvy and lionccoo.

yeah, i havent really seen lumboc, veeti, or della online, but you have to remember they might just be banning cheaters/staying vanished so they can mute people. but other mods i have seen online out of vanish.

that is true however we should not compare staff to staff some staff do a better job than others the point of harry being a manager is the fact that zelkam and mega needed help with ban/blacklist/purshace issues and ofc harry has helped however in my opnion harry hasn't done as much as zelk zelk has been a manager for 5 years ago when he was a new manager to invaded zelkam and harry have there strength's and weaknesses zelkam ban's hackers,harry reads ban appeals/blacklist appeals.if staff aren't seen doing there job there doing it but not publicly.Otherwise we would be getting 100's of ban messages a day.

That is not true all staff is active doing there job however there not doing it publicly for a reason

if your ban appeal/blacklist appeal/mute appeal was denied you can talk to staff and they will answer the reason why you where denied it might be stressful but there is a reason why you where denied.

doing a reset isn't as easy as you think pall people already had bought keys and crap this season and if they did a reset they would have to refund every single player that bought crap this season pluus doing a reset is very expensive so they could not do a reset this shortly if you have a problem you can just leave and come back in january when this season is over :/.

They probably removed S5's because they know that if you're good at pvp and you already have P3 and S3/S4 you don't need S5. When people go out with S5s, 85% of the time they're duped. So removing the dupes and removing the S5s are probably part of the same patch. If you're good at pvp, you shouldn't need to worry about S5s being removed. Most good players only need an S3.
