The server would never have a break from the toxicity if players who are punished for a reason buy an unblacklist, or unmute. This is just not a good idea overall.

Punishments are given out for a reason, and that is what appealing is for as well. I'm pretty sure skeppy is not money hungry either to add something like that, makes the server look bad. If you still feel strongly about this suggestion go ahead and suggest it to the council.

Second unmute and final: 40$ (also staff will treat your next mutes like a new player, that's why it is expensive, gives you a chance to start chatting like a new player)
First unblacklist and final: 50$
(removes blacklist for extreme offense: duping, doxxing...) (Won't remove blacklist if reason is chargeback)
You can only buy after 30d of blacklist
Remove bans history: 35$ (wont actually remove ban history, it will just create another tab of punishments.
Will not unban, it will just make you look nicer when staff check your punishments
(If you break medium offense like: block glitching, pearl to spawn like 10 times and the bans get longer. when bans history gets removed, the next bans for these offenses are exactly like a new player gets treated

Also, i think temp-ban evading should triple the ban length (and turn it to temp blacklist), because perm blacklist is kinda too hard of a punishment...

The muting part I kinda agree but the blacklist 100% not.

If so, I don't agree. Blacklisting is there for a reason, when a player is blacklisted they are not welcome at all on the server anymore. Removing mute or ban history isn't fair to my opinion since it can influence someone's staff application.

1. Although I may be innocent and blacklisted, you should never have the option to buy one, they are for more serious threats to the server and cannot and should not be tolerated.
2. I’m not sure if buying an unmute should be a thing either, they are often quite short or permanent, if it’s short the person can just wait it out, and if it’s permanent the person can just appeal the mute and eventually if they persistently appeal every few weeks or month(s) it will likely eventually be accepted once the staff team believe the time is right.
3. Removing your ban history seems a little ignorant to me, sorry if harsh but you are hiding your past incompetences from staff which should have a transparent and true view of each individual.
4. No offences should be treated as if it was their first or as if it was done by “a new player”. It is important every player gets treated accordingly to their past punishments and shouldn’t be punished less for doing more.
5. Having a third unban feels useless to me, it’s likely to be irrelevant to the shop as it costs too much for something you could appeal, and even if you edit it to be cheaper, I think 2 unbans is already enough.

I know what it said about chargebacking, I don’t care what the reason is for the unblacklist, I just think that someone that doxed someone shouldn’t be able to come back in any way other than through appealing.
