It entirely depends on the person your trading with, if their buying you the rank they will demand alot as they are paying real money for ingame items. It depends on what you have and what you are willing to offer, i personally wouldn't do on IRL Deal as you could easily be scammed on lose all your items..
There is no set thing of that you need to have for an irl deal, doing IRL deals arent exactly favoured by staff and cause many problems for them. Just offer what you have i guess as a rank lasts a lot longer then a few ingame items does..
If there are other people that want the same deal, you have to compete against their prices. Also, you usually have to overpay to catch the person that is buying the rank's eye. Just make sure your deal is not bad.
Since no one has given you a number yet, I would generally say at least 20k per dollar, but as krypto said the you’re gonna have to overpay to catch his eye.

Aswel as the 20k per dollar (or around that,) people usually accept things like s4's/s5's and good armour in addition to money since that's what they usually but with it anyway.
