Just because you donate doesnt give you an advantage in an appeal. If they cheat rip, but if its like ban evading oof. If its false then they will get unblacklisted if they ha e sufficient proof

I can't prove anything because my false ban happened nearly 2 months ago now. This is really dumb cause I have alot of friends on invaded and it's the only popular kitpvp server.

I've never been staff on a server that had a punishment system like invaded, rarely mutes were ever perm, let alone over 3 days unless its something really bad. Having a warning system or even just asking players to stop doing what there doing before a punishment can be given is way better then just immediate ban/mute for something that couldve been stopped by a staff member saying stop.

In general, invaded doesnt need to actually do anything for the server if they dont want to. Having 2 youtubers play is enough to keep the playerbase up and never have to worry about losing money or players. If you really think about it, invaded may be a 400-500 player server, but skeppy could fill the server in a matter of seconds with 1 twitter, insta or youtube video/post.

Due to that, they really dont need to rework anything if they dont want to. But invaded really needs to start focusing on the players who actually play the server because they find it fun, and players that are bigger within the community. The amount of people leaving the server right now is a lot, but it doesnt matter in the end due to the power skeppy has over the server.

I also have staffed on servers with youtubers and currently am, so you cant tell me that "this is how it needs to be for a popular server". No it doesnt, there is multiple different ways it can be improved to help create a more healthy environment for old and new players to be able to play. Warning system would be a absolute dream, and also just a general rework of scenarios and how mutes should work.

In the server im currently staff on, if a player is spamming they are told to stop, if they dont stop they receive a warning. This warning lasts for 1 week before resetting, if the player makes it through the week without breaking another rule associated to the warn, the warn expires and they are back to square 1. If they do break a rule associating to the warn, they will get muted for however long seems appropriate. All mutes regarding spam and most common chat offenses (caps, char spam, links etc) will only be up to 15m-1h depending on the severity. The only mutes that exceed this are obvious ones (racism, anything sexual, homophobic you get the gist).

Having players muted for sending 3 messages that are similar is insane, a easy "please dont repeat messages" goes a longer way then a 3 day mute that just says "Spam"

Players shouldn't be seeing the player reports section as a "easy report" for staff to mute someone. Its really corrupt, as player reports are meant for players breaking a rule. I understand that chat offenses are breaking rules, but that goes to my way of saying that they aren't even bad and would go a lot better with a warn/verbal warn. Player Reports should be more used for toxicity, hacking and other more malicious situations.

Take what you want from this, but we all know that the current punishment system is fucked and needs a rework

My brother MCScreed got banned by an AutoBan system for "Cheating", yet the reason was that he was grinding blazes in our base and had bad FPS and ping, since he's playing on my old computer, which has some issues with connections and the videocard.

I mean only well for the staff, yes, we made an appeal explaining everything, yet Zelk still denied it like it's nothing. We literally sent a page long paragraph about the whole situation, how it happened, where it happened, etc., yet he still denied it.

You have one job Zelk, and it's to properly look through the ban appeals instead of denying all the "I'm not guilty" appeals. It doesn't make ANY sense, like, if a person literally ADMITS to hacking, why are you letting that same person play on the server AGAIN?? I get it, admitting to hacks is right and all, how mom used to say "tell me the truth and i won't get mad", but it doesn't make sense if you genuinely have never hacked on the server, why would you ever FALSELY admit to using hacks?.. This is beyond my understanding.

Your brother prolly set a macro or an autoclicker to farm blazes and you think ping and fps matters in getting banned? It doesnt. You cant be unbanned without proof but can be by pleading guilty

dude i was with him in the same room, i was watching over him, i saw what he was doing. we dont have any macro, or any sorts of clickers on my old pc, because i strictly forbid him from installing them to even begin with. I've heard on multiple occasions that people HAVE been banned for bad fps+ping. so don't get me wrong, but you clearly don't know the situation just as well as i do, thanks
Edit - also that was his first time ever grinding blazes, since we let him use our grinder that one only time. he was just starting off to play a few days ago before getting banned.
all i'm trying to say is, the staff might need to rework their unban appeal "criteria".

No they got banned for freezing not lag or fps. When you freeze and our still clicking the cps stacks making you click like 60 cps people get banned by that. Agc is a good anticheat that makes it so ping doesnt matter

Use of Macro is disallowed, and use of it is considered cheating.
Bans for cheating is a permanent ban as hacking or cheating is not tolerated on InvadedLands; If you believe you were falsely banned, you may appeal, but if you'd like to admit, you can also file an appeal to get a possible reduce on your punishment.

Your punishment is justified, and your chance of being instantly unbanned is very low; You may, however still file an appeal pleading not guilty if you believe so.
