There's a high chance that's done with a disguise plugin. I've seen some random "vtetbjewthuw" as Manager on KitPvP before. If the person doesn't show up as Manager on the InvadedLands site there's a huge chance it's a troll / temporary.

It's not closed, somewhere top right you should see "Report Player" or something like that.
