    I forgot people can't see my blacklist appeal. No I haven't given my account to anyone at all. I'm genuinely confused why I'm blacklisted for chargeback when no one has bought me anything and its related to a person I have no idea about.

    ok, so u were blacklisted for chargeback. This means someone has bought something for your username and then demanded a refund. Your appeal will most likely be accepted, but it will take time
