honestly, they should unban and unblacklist everyone who has been banned/blacklisted for a long period of time, even though I didn't do anything to deserve it, the staff should seriously do something about this matter.

it's pretty sad too, considering such a large and popular server, has such narcissistic staff.

This happened to me, the day I bought Overlord, which happened this year around June / July. Still, haven't been unbanned, and I'm also blacklisted now for trying to refund my money. I mean, at least give me my money back if you're going to false ban me like that wtf.
