It's not their problems being made into players' problems - no, in real life if you want to sue someone, it isn't the job of the judge to get the evidence for you, it's your responsibility to provide said evidence.

So simply put, you expect staff to be online enough, and to be big enough of a team to legitimately see & watch every single action taken on the server? Who says they don't already do the things you mentioned btw (Chat logs, replay mod etc)? They have in the past already admitted they were wrong...

/report ingame is pretty fast to my knowledge? Also still for other players, if you have too little evidence that's on the player, not on the staff

There's also /report ingame. No you couldn't, they or others could report you through one of the many ways to report people. Right sure you did The lack of evidence "problems" is purely your responsibility so don't blame others for a mistake you made lol

It is not the players' problem because there already is a solution, multiple even; DM a staff member on discord with a question, or make a report on the forums. It's legitimately as easy as that. I still don't really understand what you mean with the msgs and behaviour of staff being a problem...

The main way of getting something known to staff is through a report, which requires evidence. If you don't have any evidence, nothing can be done. To also answer how things "shouldn't be a players problem" - I agree they shouldn't be but I don't think they are. Staff have lives outside of this...
