the server has been notoriously beyond scuffed for over a decade. to see the exact same situations happen again and again and then act shocked is a little insane but maybe if you are new then it makes sense. the server will never be any good, nothing ab it will ever be fair to its staff or...

almost sounds like theres a pattern..

as someone who was admin, chargeback appeals do get left for sometimes even longer than 6 months with no response at times and are often false due to other people charging back on said person to intentionally get them blacklisted

do it they stole ur money & should be doing their appeals

on the forums normal staff cant access private messages unless it gets reported, then we would see that singular message that was reported. as for in game though, some staff would be weirdos and have socialspy on 24/7 which imo is weird. so just know ur always potentially being watched
