Sorry about that mightve gotten it mixed up, what I meant to say is that when you have some tpa to you and they just maliciously came to your claim and just blocked it off so you couldn't expands your claim then yes you can report them, however if you had for instance a house you were working on...

Now if you did have someone tpa to you that is indeed your own fault since you are in control of who you can allow to tpa to you or not, but if someone found your plot and purposefully claimed the area around you to prevent any expansion, then you can report that player and they will get banned...
