That's true, spider spawners are still everywhere across the world while there's probably only a couple blaze spawners if any.

Unless they did some spawner adjustments (nerfs, buff, etc.), blazes are by far the best spawner. Although they don't have as high a drop rate as cows, their drops yield more profit. To top it, cows give next to nothing when grinding for exp in comparison to blazes (also applies to mcmmo stats)...
