you can still submit an appeal but if it is for the same offense then an appeal would not make sense. if it is for something different be honest in the appeal on the reason why you think you should be unbanned.

Your best bet of being on one of his videos is to be as active as possible nobody expects him to be online and he is and a lot of people might think he is online but he truly is not getting on. Overall just try to be active as you can.
