This would stop griefing a lot and that is good, but they could still grief outside the claim. So maybe have it 100 blocks outside your claim would be blocked for the /Claimban. And i think /Claimkick should temp ban people for about 10 minutes.

Well, I mean you could just do a thing where when you buy a item in the /buy GUI it gives you a piece of paper (Say a rank such and such.) then you could trade that to other players for in-game money. Solving the scam part, also making it easier to code ect.
