Even if you dont believe that I didn't hack (cause I didn't), I need to know why I was exactly banned. Not just "cheating"

I'm getting confused as to where this is all going, but I showed everything but what I said in my appeal, as I made it obvious that I got false banned for cheating but am confused myself as to why.

I showed my chat before I was banned and after, and showed my client info to show I never relogged or anything, so I wasnt using other clients than optifine.

The staff I spoke with was NvsGalaxy, and idk if im allowed to show a screenshot of the private convo

I already did and staff cannot speak as to why people are banned by anticheat, as they worry the person would get on and find a way to bypass a hack

But the thing is I didn’t cheat or anything, so I don’t want to false admit if I know I am right

So I’m making this as to ask as to why my appeal was denied. I showed I was always on normal 1.8.9 Optifine, and was legit, but got false banned for cheating. Zelk is the one that denied me, so.. yeah. Any replies are appreciated!
