when i bought the mvp i was alredy in the server and i saw 2 potions in my inventory, so i drop that 2 things and then i restart the game, when i type /reclaim the pro kit didnt appear

when i bought the rank i alredy was in the server, and then i saw 2 potions in mine inventory, so i drop it and i quit and join again the server. The server says "congratulation ThundersBlade on MVP" then i type /reclaim but the pro kit didnt appear

I got a problem with my new rank... i bought the mvp rank, and on the description there's write a bonus "Pro kit gear" when i type /reclaim the pro kit doesnt appear.
