oh dang o.O And also, it's not too hard to get experience. I started off with owning and moderating in a few discord servers, which then allowed me to say I have experience when applying for mc servers. You gotta work your way up.

TehNeon hosts them randomly at 10-11pm GMT. I don't think they're everyday though. If there's one happening, he broadcasts it across the server.

I've had high kill streaks just jumping down with kit pvp. It's not p2w, but to gain players respect, and to become known you kinda gotta have a rank I think.

I strongly disagree with this. Imagine chasing a person for so long, and they just jump out of the map, leaving you with nothing. Lava pools already exist if you don't want someone getting your loot. A hole into the void will just be exploited by people with kb swords and punch bows camping...

I don't think having 2 kit pvp servers would really benefit. Instead of having 1 full servers, you have 2 not so full servers. I think what they're doing now is pretty good, changing the player limit depending on the queues and activity is smart. Eventually when the player count begins to die...

I doubt it'll be 3 months, I know a few people who got chargebacked on and got unblacklisted within just a few days. Good luck though.
