Lost the case immediately with the decision to charge back the rank, first of all, it makes the blacklist true whether or not the cheating ban was originally false, and second of all, it means that he suffered no quantifiable financial harm.
Yeah, but something VERY strange happened to me. After like 3 months i looked, and it wasnt accepted, it hast been touched. i tried to join, and BAM! i was in the lobby! I was celebrating, because i loved skeppy and i could now play!! but then when i rejoined because i was lagging, I WAS NOW IN JAIL. i was so sad, but, what happened?
This is not the main reason we are filing! We have documented numerous scams, false bans and other abusive staff.

I would be filing in my home state California under a consumer protection violations and breach of contract.
What contract are you referring to? What consumer protection law did they violate?
What is the value of harm you are claiming?

The contract I’m referring to is the agreement made when buying ranks or items from InvadedLands. They violated California consumer protection laws by giving ranks then banning people for no reason soon after. For what law, the CLRA.
I was stating what happened to me. This has happened to numerous other people as well and I have documented.
The value of numerous purchasesby many documented people of what the haave spent on ranks and other purchases.
