they did not steal his money he did a chargeback
as someone who was admin, chargeback appeals do get left for sometimes even longer than 6 months with no response at times and are often false due to other people charging back on said person to intentionally get them blacklisted
his family chargebacked. not someone else. the appeal doesnt matter
