I'm not staff, and Escalated means that it's been given to higher ups to review, which may take a while. I suggest you take a look at FAQ in Community help section, also when making posts in the forums try to not make multiple posts but convey a message in a single post. By the way, you can quote multiple posts in one message. Hope this helps you!
