its an extension installed straight into google where they can block stuff. there are so many bugs with it, I've exploited a few, but it works and blocks stuff. also, when they blocked chat it was from my school google account

i cant delete it, it is blocking itself from being deleted by anyone but the admins...

it says "installed by your administrator" where the delete button would be
