Happened to me with kitpvp once, some guy chargedback on me and I couldn't play the new map since blacklists take long to be responded to.
Didn't really affect my gameplay though, hopefully they will answer sooner than usual to you.

Wow that really sucks, I got banned because I was climbing up a wall with a block. Didnt know anti-cheat would ban u for that ;o
