if the cooling fan is the stock fan, for AMD you'll know because RGB and AMD lit logo, for Intel you'll know because it's small and wimpy and it sends your CPU temps sky-high.

Legit cap that "cooler" you talk about is only present in threadrippers and like the 3950X. AMD's normal coolers are just as bad as Intel's!

I have an FX 8350 stock cooler like that and it's literally great, that's from AMD's dark times. It can even cool my OCd CPU when I'm running mc server + mc + chrome + discord + other stuff. Intel bad

that's not the FX stock cooler lmao, the FX 8350 stock cooler is a Wraith Spire lol. Plus the noise isn't bad even without lid on case and even with very aggressive curve. Plus Intel's CFM absolutely suck, Intel's CFM arge very good. Plus look at the sheer size of that frickin heatsink, look at all those heat pipes.
