Imo it’s a good idea to get a goal or reason in mind, as opposed to just going cuz why not, because whenever you don’t wanna go to the gym, just think of that goal, and motivate urself into going.
My motivation is bitches so I just tell myself that the more buff I get the more bitches I get
If you don't want to go to the gym, think of the benefits (women, confidence, strength) after going to the gym, that should work. And also, if you wanna lose weight and build muscle, first you should lose weight, you can't do both at the same time because of your diet.
