Hey @earthteam , thought I'd answer your question. When we look for hints on someone's maturity, we don't solely browse the forums, we check other invadedlands branches as well, like discord and in-game messages. This way, we can get a full grasp on how a player interacts with the community; from there, we can judge if their maturity enables them to be a staff member/builder. Hope this helps!
@Pachua As much as I think that is an effective way of reviewing an applicant, it is very possible that people can change within gaps of time and as they mature and grow. I’m not knowledgeable of the entirety of why the applicant was denied, but If that was the sole reason than I do also feel it may not have been the fairest decision.
I feel applicants should be given the right to prove their maturity, but that’s just my two-cents. Overall it’s up to you guys in the staff team and I can’t really say much due to never being apart of this specific staffing environment.
