You should appeal your blacklist if you haven't done so already to find out more about that. The forum was down for 31 days. In that time, it was moved to a more stable server. Sadly, as a result of that, the forum was reverted to a backup from February — there's nothing we can do about this. Anything from after February is gone and you'll have to make those changes again. Sorry about that!
