what do you even mean, commands blocks only work when in render distance and they have much less commands that can be completed.

/tickingarea allows command blocks and commands past stuff
and a lot of commands that are quality of life
command blocks have tick delay and you can use /titleraw for personal scoreboards and texture packs to move said scoreboards and much less is an overstatement. bedrock edition commands are usually shorter than java edition and java edition 1.8 command blocks and commands are so bad.
