There is a thing called "appeal on the ban appeal"
I am not trying to be rude about it, but if you ever got falsely banned, you can always just go on the ban appeal and talk to the Moderators+ and they will talk to you why you've been banned, trust me they will respond but they are busy. So don't message them or bother them.

I don't know the real reason I was banned. The anticheat got me for no reason, if you want me to go into more detail I can.

If I was actually a hacker my appeal would've got denied. Instead it says escalated.

You can tell them information about what and why you've got false banned on the server.

It says that you shouldnt bug moderators about your ban appeals though
