I dont know for sure, but I assume they saw a trend where players who bought unbans were more likely to break the rules again than players who mined for the unban. Repeatedly having to ban the same person is an unneeded waste of time for staff..

Hi, scamming where none of the players suffer an IRL money loss is not bannable so reporting it won't change anything. It's best not to participate in any of those pay me and I'll pay you msgs as they are mostly fake...

Maybe tell them to make a bug report about it? Or a community help post... I don't think posting it here will help. If there's no response they should probably directly contact a staff member about it :)
