This is something that heavily depends on the machines that run each individual server. If too many players are on at once it can crash which is not what you want. I'd imagine that this has crossed the management's mind and that the servers are currently at the maximum quanitity.

Nope, punishments are kept private between players and staff unless players want to say their punishments.

You have two options: one: buy pro for full price two: upgrade to mvp and then upgrade to pro option two will actually be cheaper so i would recommend that one. just remember to buy mvp first wait for it to come in then buy pro otherwise i’m pretty sure it will mess up.
