Reasoning will most likely not be given out. the most detail you will get is "hacking." If the appeal was denied then most certainly logs were checked and after a review of them, it was justified that the offender was using some sort of hack.

I’m 99% positive that staff will not be able to give you this information as it is case sensitive to the player. If you made a player report and it was accepted than the staff will punish the offender accordingly.

There is no specific date known for when the new trainees will be brought on (assuming this is what you're asking). The applications did close Sunday, but some applicants are still in.
