You can disable the sleep feature by following these steps. Right-click the Windows symbol in the bottom left corner and click power options and when you see "Screen", Switch it to "Never" same with when you see "Sleep" (scroll down on the drop-down menu to find that)

I would say that you don't pay consideration to behind the scenes and what they do without the players' knowledge. They are extremely active, hence "More than the average player" (In the requirements list). The requirements are completely fine. You wouldn't want a Skeppy fan to be a staff member...

On one hand, it could be counted as a good thing since a majority of the players on before were Skeppy fans and were only online to AFK to join the events. Now that there is a new server for these types of people we have all the players that were flooding the queues leaving and joining PvPLands...
