I just wanna know what staff can see if i send a private msg on the forums, and if so when they are allowed to see it and when not. Like are staff allowed to do it at all times or only if there is a reason?

i keep getting muted and i dont know why, this is the 3rd time this month. first time i was talking and said :D and boom i was muted. then i was counting and boom muted again. now half the server was dead and i said maybe 6 times in 2 minutes that i was hosting an event, and now im muted for 2...
