Idk if this is what u meant but i found it, in lunar under settings >> controls >> Toggle chat, you can set it to some random key and use that. Even though it didnt even have a keybinded before, it still works, Thx fam.

tried playing with only my right hand fora sec and my middle finger brace hit random keys and now my chat is gone. Im guessing it was some shortcut/key like F1 but nothing else dissapeared yes i tried restarting, im on lunar so i spent 20 minutes turning every lunar mod that might affect chat...
