No worries, I never said it shouldn't be implemented, I think its a good idea, which is why I said I'm neutral. I also forwarded this to higher-ups as a suggestion that could be beneficial to the server.

If that's the case, the /help command wouldn't have every single answer to every single question the new player is searching for, unlike the forums. It could provide assistance with general questions such as, "How do I reclaim my kits", but for more in-depth questions it would be a hassle to try...

Neutral on this idea simply because the forums exist. Instead of creating a /help, the server (if possible) can advertise a link to the forums in a similar fashion as the open staff member applications. Almost everything needed to know about the server has been answered by the staff team on this...

Yes it was just a quick test, as I said above there is currently no real plan on the banner idea

Currently, there are no plans as of yet for what to do with them
