Not really because new players who joined in the last year (2019), act like their ogs and have the dignity to call other players randoms when in reality they aren't.

There is no set thing of that you need to have for an irl deal, doing IRL deals arent exactly favoured by staff and cause many problems for them. Just offer what you have i guess as a rank lasts a lot longer then a few ingame items does..

It entirely depends on the person your trading with, if their buying you the rank they will demand alot as they are paying real money for ingame items. It depends on what you have and what you are willing to offer, i personally wouldn't do on IRL Deal as you could easily be scammed on lose all...
