I think the problem is that you didn’t buy vip by urself. I’ve seen this happen before and they all said that they either won a rank from skeppy or from the event. So probably contact a staff member for help.

they need to reset the server in order to be able to reset the lag, think about it. like ur mc ram it gets full once u play it too long, just like a server has ram it runs out when it hasnt been reset in a while
