I think it is server-side I always get random lag spikes and literally every time it happens most people in chat say "lag" as well. It is not as common as 1 month ago though.

Not sure but limited staff can read them so probably atleast 1 month since staff apps are currently out as well blacklist are not a priority. If apexwasabi was still here probably would take less then 1 week to get accepted or denied but he resigned :cry:
