Bro same thing goes for purchase support. Only Managers as of right now have Buycraft access and not the entire staff team. So it'll also take a while for those to get done when people submit numerous amounts of appeals/support tickets a day.
Just dm a staff member directly if you want your chat reaction to be done or your player warp to be accepted. They're not being lazy they just have a lot on their plate and have to deal with both in-game things and IRL things. As for the ban appeals only a few staff members have permissions to...
kinda got demoted didn't leave but it's the players have their own reasoning as to why they're quitting the server so you'll need to ask them directly as to why.
