As I have been told hitting someone thru glass is a glitch and bannable. Is there any way to report someone for that without a video cuz I dont have tha type of software and are too lazy to install. Is there some way or is video the only accepted evidence?

I have a 10 min warp create but how does it really work when you create it etc.. Many players have permenent pws and how do you get that?? Can you build for as long as you like and what happends after 10 min?? Thank you for answers
