Dear, I bought 5 easter crates but I won 2 times the perms to host a double sumo event. I only have a screenshot of the last crate with the perms. Is there something that I can do to get 1 easter crate back, or did I just lost 1 easter crate? Maybe can the staff check my crate history to see...
