Well I have bad Wi-Fi (I don't think I have but maybe I do) I don't know where the server is located, maybe America since I'm in Europe and my Wi-Fi is very good. I get timed out a lot (more frequently that you) form 1-2 minutes. Bad thing is that I normally can't join the server after timing...
