Portal trapping like this is against the rules, so hopefully, the player gets punished and the trap gets removed from the server so you will be free to play again. As others have suggested though, a quick fix might be to just contact a staff member via Discord for better response time.

Idk if they shorten blacklists, but I know for bans if you admin to breaking the rule, you can get it shortened.

why is 13blue = 12red?

They have a lot of appeals to read, and not many of the staff members actually read them, its only a few of the higher-ups. It usually can take a little while. It also partially depends on how much evidence you have for what happened, if it was false or not, etc. Best of luck.
